Technical programs are designed mainly for 4 major departments such as Department of Agriculture Sarawak (DOA), Land and Survey Department (L&S), Public Works Department (JKR) as well as Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID).

For example, the programs for Agriculture Department are Preparing Business Plan for Agriculture Projects, Soil Management Course and Crop Protection Course etc. As for Public Works Department, the programs include Construction, Safety & Health for Site Management, Water Pump & Structure Design (Building) etc.
