CMM’s main strategic role is to provide HROD programmes and initiatives to both the public and private sector organisations in the management and technical areas.

A high performing learning centre in providing innovative human capital transformation.

We define High Performing Learning Centre as:

We provide innovative and quality learning programs with a unique focus on Capacity Building and competency for Career Development programs in the State Civil Service.  The programs offer enriching and stimulating learning experiences; and develop high level of competencies, employability skills and knowledge.
  We provide conducive learning and working environment to the participants and employees which promote, enhance and en-culture continuous learning, creativity, innovation and high performance team.
  Our participants are from the public and private sectors who are synergistically contributing to effective learning which will benefit both sectors. Through our programs, they work as a team, share their experiences and unique best practices.
  Our strategic alliances comprise the public and private sectors, professional bodies as well as renowned higher learning institutions who contribute to valuable insights, perspectives and accreditation that will value add our programs.
  Our people are committed, innovative, creative, resourceful and motivated to drive the new challenges and ideas. We work as a team in an environment of respect, trust and care for each other.  At the same time, we celebrate learning, innovation and success.
